Stu was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through different photographic scenarios. Really enjoyed it and got a lot of useful things out of it.

Good short course which really helped me have the nerve to switch to manual mode. Taught me about what the ISO setting will do in respect of light. Stu was great to chat to and knowledgeable. All in all well worth the money and time.

Mandy gave us a very informative and useful session, packed with lots of advice but in a plain English way. I was delighted to have attended. I'm now starting to use my camera not on the auto settings !

My host was prompt and eager to teach, I could tell right away that they were passionate about their craft. I learnt a lot in just a few short hours and even managed to capture a few images that I was very pleased with. All in all I'm very please with the class and host, both of which I would highly recommend

This tree I photographed just before the new year on a walk with my Dad in Binstead. I photographed the tree with my DSLR and my 50mm lens. I liked the textures of this tree and thought it would look great converted to black and white.

I drove past this tree one evening just after new years, I have loved the look of this tree for ages & given how clear the sky was i wanted to a long exposure to capture the star field behind it.I am still using an old Nikon D3400 , iso 800, F10 for 30 secs at 18mm.I am still relatively new to photography but want to keep trying new & different things especially when I get shots like that.

A beautiful rainbow just on sunrise at Watonga Rocks, at Lighthouse Beach in Port Macquarie, Australia. The rainbow persisted for over an hour, allowing time to wade out into the surf to get the rainbow positioned just right for a photograph. I had to watch for breaking waves behind me while taking photographs to avoid bring dunked and I had to tun for it several times. Happily it all worked out and I captured a great images.

The photo was taken at Emsworth, a very picturesque harbour on the south coast of England. The sea was incredibly calm making it like a mirror, and the morning light was soft and warm in colour. I was stood on the harbour wall and framed the shot to include the sunken boat to give it scale and perspective.
